Hi, I’m Erica Adekunle, a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern at Baobab Counseling Center. I’m currently completing my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, with a focus on trauma. Alongside my counseling training, I’m also a certified life coach and entrepreneur, which has given me a unique way of connecting with people, encouraging growth, and helping them move through challenges with hope and confidence.

I have a deep passion for walking alongside individuals who are facing anxiety, depression, or the lasting effects of trauma. I believe every person carries the ability to heal and grow, and my role is to create a safe, welcoming space where clients feel supported and truly heard.

My style is compassionate, down-to-earth, and client-centered. I use evidence-based counseling methods while integrated cultural inclusivity.

It’s an honor to serve at Baobab Counseling Center, and I look forward to supporting clients as they take steps toward greater wholeness, peace, and strength.
