Session Structure:

• 8.5 hours therapy to include a thorough initial assessment, psychoeducation of mind and body connection, in session grounding techniques as needed and Brainspotting techniques

  • 90-minute initial assessment

  • 6-hour Intensive (breaks as needed) scheduled three different days within two-weeks

  • 60-min post intensive session 2-3 weeks after last day of intensive
