Are you feeling stuck? We all go through difficult times in life and no one should have to face them alone. I enjoy helping people from all walks of life, from teens to adults. I work from a person-centered approach, tailoring our work to your unique needs and values with a spirit of mutual respect and collaboration. However you need to heal, change, transform, or grow, I’m here to help you figure out how to get there.

My specialties include addiction, anxiety, phobias, OCD, depression, anger management, grief and loss, self-esteem, and relationship and family issues. I also work with clients experiencing PTSD or complicated trauma. If desired, I can also assist with any spiritual or religious concerns, and I have an affirming and allied nature with clients of all beliefs, abilities, and identities. I’m a lifelong learner, holding degrees in Counseling, Psychology, and Divinity. Working with me may encompass ideas from several models such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic, Existential, Gestalt, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). My goal is to empower you and help you improve your overall health and relationships.
